Signing in to Nbyula
Nbyula doesn't use passwords. You sign in and sign up on the same screen with a one-time passcode (OTP) or a social
account — so there's nothing to memorise and nothing to reset. This guide covers all three ways in, and what to do when
a code doesn't arrive.
No separate sign-up. The first time you use the Login/Sign up screen it creates your account; every time after, it signs
you in. Same screen, same steps.
The Nbyula Login/Sign up screen: continue with Google, LinkedIn or Facebook, or enter your phone number and choose Send
OTP via WhatsApp (or Get OTP via SMS).
Pick how you want to sign in
Open nbyula.com and choose Login/Sign up. You have three options:
- Continue with Google, LinkedIn, or Facebook — the quickest route. Choose a provider, approve the connection, and
you're in.
- Phone — enter your mobile number. The country code defaults to +91; tap the flag to change it.
- Email — select Continue with email and type your address. To go back to phone, select Continue with phone.
Tip: Use the same method each time so everything stays under one account. If you joined with Google, keep signing in
with Google rather than starting again with your phone number.
Signing in with a one-time passcode
1. Ask for your code. On phone, select Send OTP via WhatsApp to get the code on WhatsApp, or Get OTP via SMS for a text
message. On email, select Send OTP.
2. Enter the code. On the Please Enter OTP screen, type the passcode we sent. Typed the wrong number or email? Select
Edit number (or Edit email) to fix it, then ask for a fresh code.
3. You're in. Once the code is verified, Nbyula takes you to the right place automatically — if you're new you'll start
onboarding; if you're returning you'll land on your home planner.
Your code didn't arrive?
A code usually lands within a few seconds. If yours hasn't:
- Wait for the 30-second timer, then select Resend OTP. You can request a new code once the countdown ends.
- Switch how it's sent. On phone, toggle between Get OTP via SMS and Get OTP via WhatsApp. If WhatsApp is slow or you
don't use it, SMS is a dependable fallback — and the other way round.
- Double-check the number or email. Use Edit number / Edit email to fix a typo, then resend.
- Where to look: WhatsApp codes need that number to have WhatsApp and a data connection; for SMS, check your signal
and your phone's blocked-messages filter; for email, check spam and promotions.
Seeing "Incorrect OTP"? Re-enter the latest code carefully — an older code stops working the moment you request a new
one. After several wrong tries, sign-in is temporarily blocked to keep your account safe; wait a little, then try again
or use a social login instead.
Social sign-in won't complete?
If Continue with Google / LinkedIn / Facebook doesn't finish, allow pop-ups for nbyula.com, complete the provider's
approval screen, and make sure your browser is signed in to the account you intend to use. Then try again — or fall back
to a phone or email OTP.
